  My 2 units worked perfectly fine for the first 9 days but has been disconnecting radomly and now they wont reconnect. Everything was fine on initial setup, the process was fast and easy. I noticed that after about 3 days of flawless use, both units had started to sporadically disconnect and reconnect without notifications. About 4 days later and neither unit would reconnect. After changing my wifi to WAP2 I managed to reconnect both units. However, just today one of the cameras has gone offline again and I have yet again followed all of the trouble shooting tips to no avail. My wifi internet signal is strong and working as other devices connect and work seamlessly. I have not payed for my subscription yet as it says I have 20 days remaining.    Can anyone assist or have experienced this problem?

    Hi @user_163a88. I'm glad to hear you initially had some success with adjusting your wifi settings. I do want to mention that on July 9th from 19:26 UTC to 21:29 UTC, there was an issue causing Live View failures and device offline statuses. This might be what you were experiencing. If you're still having issues with your Ring devices appearing offline, please let me know which model of Ring Doorbell or Security Camera you have, as well as the RSSI. You can find both of these on the Device Health page in the Ring app.
