For users without a paid subscription, go straight to Live View from a motion detection notification EVEN IF YOU ARE LATE TO THE PUNCH!

I don’t have a subscription and don’t plan to get one. Therefore, I can’t review any events that happened in the past on my Ring Doorbell.Currently, when I am 10+ seconds late to tap on a motion detection notification, it takes me to a screen that looks like Photo 1. I know I’m not subscribed, and I don’t expect it to take me to a recording. I want to go to Live View even when I’m “late to the punch” to see if I can catch the person (or whatever triggered the motion detection) walking away. The trouble is, when I have to contend with the screen in Photo 1, I waste precious seconds getting back to the main screen and then manually going to Live View. By the time I have done that, any chance I might have had of catching whatever triggered the detection has slimmed to next to nothing. Thus, it would be great if the doorbell, recognizing I’m not subscribed, would just basically disable all recording functionality since it is not accessible to me and instead act as a live-view-only device. Thanks!Julian
