Flashing light on doorbell

I Charged my ring doorbell yesterday and today it says it’s not connected, and charged. I reset it and everything, still not charging. I have it charging and it’s still flashing blue and saying percentage is 0

A flashing blue light is a great sign that your Video Doorbell is charging the battery properly. Fully charging the battery can take several hours. Please ensure to use the included micro USB cable. As for the percentage, once charging is complete, try triggering a motion event or live view. Then check the device health section of the Ring app afterwards, to see if it has updated.
