Failed to connect live view from my phone ring doorbell

Hello I've doorbell which is hard-wired and is connected to two different Android phones. Earlier on we could see live view from the doorbell on both devices but recently I cannot view live from the the owners device. I have tried to uninstall and install all the Ring app but still no luck any suggestions or advice please? Regards /Mirza

Thanks Tom for the response. I disconnected the home wifi and turned it back on which resolved the issue. Regards /Mirza

Hi @Sheeze_mirza. If you are only experiencing this on one phone, and not the other, this could be a phone specific issue. I would ensure that the OS for the phone is up to date as well as making sure that the Ring app has permissions enabled and allowed. Also, make sure that you are not using a VPN as this could conflict with the Ring app. Any of these apps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889983-Android-Apps-that-Conflict-with-the-Ring-App) can also be problematic.
