The app keeps requesting to sign in, only offers minimum information. I want to add my bankcard to renew. Don't know how. Any help will be great I have the ring doorbell 4

Hi @Darrenedd. You can take care of payment methods by logging on to Ring.com. This Help Center [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001197003-Add-Change-or-Remove-Payment-Method-for-a-Ring-Protect-Subscription) has more information on how to do this.
