Looking for a Ring Doorbell that can make use of existing doorbell wiring and ring the existing doorbell chime on pressing external ring doorbell button. Can you advise of a Ring doorbell that will do this?. Thank you.

The [Doorbell Pro](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-pro) or [Pro 2](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-pro-2) must be hardwired to an existing doorbell circuit and can ring a compatible chime kit in your home. Alternatively, our [battery Video Doorbells](https://ring.com/collections/doorbell-cameras?filters=subtype:battery-doorbells) have the option of being [hardwired](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/204252980-Charging-your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-battery-with-hardwiring) to an existing doorbell circuit and can ring a compatible chime kit as well. Make sure to check the power requirements for the Doorbell model you decide on, and check the appropriate [chime kit compatibility list](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=chime+kit+compatibility+list).
