Echo Not Showing Ring Video

Echo was announcing and showing video when someone walked up. After a couple of weeks, Echo announces but does not show video unless person rings doorbell. Help please????????

Hi @user53619. Try disabling and reenabling the Ring Skill in the Alexa app to see if it helps. This Help Center [page](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050781811-Ring-Alexa-Skill-Stopped-Working-) will show you how to do so. You also want to make sure you have Person Detection Announcements toggled on in the Alexa app for your Ring device. Make sure your Echo Show is also selected in Announcement Devices.
