Hi All, I'm curious if anyone knows how to get a data log that would list every IP address that might have access to the App or somehow interfered with the video files. I have this very strange thing happen where there were 17 recordings over several hours while I was not at home and things were stolen but all the video files somehow were deleted or not fully recorded. It's incredibly suspect and I'm curious if anyone has any magic bullets for me. Regards,

Hi @GriffinDigital. This is information that we do not have access to. The only way to delete videos is for the owner of the Ring account to manually delete them. If your videos are not fully recording, you can share what the specific device is and we can troubleshoot your settings to ensure optimal recordings.
