Doorbell rings on one Iphone but not the other

Question

I have seen this question before but there was only one answer and that didn't work.  My husband and I both have Ring on our Iphones - I am the owner, he is an authorized user.  My husband receives notifications when someone rings the bell but not me!  I have followed every single instruction about how to correct this and NOTHING WORKS!  I am very frustrated!

Hi @user_1bad3a. To receive alerts, Ring Alerts must be toggled on in the Ring app, and notification permissions need to be enabled in your phone's settings. If your phone is on Do Not Disturb or Silent Mode, alerts will be silenced.
