Doorbell Rings by its self

My ring is connected to a power outlet not the wires to the home doorbell and it has been wired the way for two years no problem. The sound comes from the Ring Chime plugins I bought from your site. My doorbell randomly rings on its own and it is only two years old. I have checked the wiring, checked for moisture, and debris nothing is wrong. I have two other Ring Doorbells wired the same way (one on the back of my home and one in the garage) that are working just fine. Please help!!!!!!
