Doorbell Ring

My doorbell does not ring in the house when someone presses the Ring Video Doorbell outside. If I am not home, and someone presses the doorbell, other people in my house will not know someone is at the door.How can this be corrected?

    You could use your old doorbell system if 8ts compatible or just buy a Ring Chime or Chime Pro.

      First, Thank You for such a quick response. When I first installed my Ring Video Doorbell, it worked with my old doorbell system and now it does not; so I am wondering if there is way to troubleshoot this issue.
