  This is the same on all of my IOS devices, but on my windows device ring is working just fine . I think it was the new IOS update . Ring or Apple need to update the app

  Thank you. I just add some more info here. Beside Doorbell Pro, I have 2 Spotlight Cam and 2 indoor wired Stickup Cam, and they all work fine with app. Last night, Doorbell Pro went offline for a while, then came back online by itself, so I am thinking more to do with the device firmware, rather than app. I am not a tech expert, so I am talking with my years of experience with Ring devices. Thanks.
