Doorbell Pro Offline but still recording

I have a Doorbell Pro and it is currently showing offline on the app however when I click on the camera it’s still recording snapshots but I am unable to get a live video feed. Last readings show good signal strength and good power connections. I’ve had this issue with the doorbell before as well as the ring spotlights that have cameras. Not sure what causes it normally they reconnect but needless to say it’s frustrating.
