Doorbell pro 2 strange issue

Background: I had an Arlo essential for years and it worked as it should ( it just sucked). I installed a pro 2 and it worked perfectly for a few hours. Then it randomly started activating my mechanical chime- only 1 ding at time. When I checked the camera it was offline. I checked the wires and tried to reset but it seems to be totally dead.
