Doorbell offline
I am away from home and my Ring pro doorbell has gone offline. I have tried to reconnect but without success

Why create a device that can’t re-establish the connection to Wi-Fi? Absolute pathetic. There is no problem with Wi-Fi signal strength and all other devices are working with Wi-Fi except Ring doorbell. I was going to sign up for the ring subscription but will not be doing this now. Ring.com claims to allow the user answer the door from anywhere but that is false information. Please do not purchase ring doorbell if you think it will allow you to remotely answer doorbell. It is waste of time and money.

Hi @Edjobe. Since you are away from your home there will be limited ways for you to bring the Doorbell back online. If possible, are you able to do a remote reboot of your router for your home wifi network that the Doorbell is connected to? Doing this may help refresh the connection your Doorbell is looking for to come back online.
