Hi @user65785. Please provide the model name for your Ring Doorbell. It is located on the Device Health page, as shown in the example screenshot below. If you aren't receiving a notification on your phone when motion is detected or someone rings the bell, make sure Ring and Motion Alerts are toggled on.
