Doorbell not working help

So I have fully charged my doorbell, the blue light is showing as fully blue after full charge however the app is saying it’s on 2% and will not connect to my Wi-Fi. It’s now not showing any lights even after pressing and hold down the orange button. No lights or sounds. If I plug it in to charge it will show a blue charge light but will not doing anything. Help!! As it’s just randomly done this never had issues before hand

Hi @Shanice180. If your Doorbell is no longer entering setup mode and a reset is not helping, the next best step is to contact our support team for further assistance. Give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
