Hi everyone. My doorbell camera seems to have developed a fault in its imagine/recording. It looks as if the lens is now misaligned of has slipped. It got worse over the past days. I’ve added an image of what I’m seeing at present. Any ideas what it is/has caused it? Thanks, Roy

Hi @HoppieGD. Do you have a screenshot or video example of what the Doorbell's view looked like previously? It would be helpful to see a comparison side-by-side to see the difference, as it makes it easier to see what the concern is with the view. If you have a [Ring Protect Plan](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans), you should be able to go back to a previously recorded event and take a screenshot of the Doorbell's view. :)
