Doorbell doesn’t record deliveries

I’m done with Ring. I had a Gen 2 doorbell but I’d always miss deliveries to my front door. I recently ‘upgraded’ to a Ring Doorbell Plus and thought that would help but now it doesn’t even capture me coming up my own front walkway. Camera field shows my whole front yard but recording only captures people walking by. Worthless.

Hi @user_c805cb. I recommend adjusting your Motion Settings like increasing your Motion Sensitivity, adjusting your Motion Zones, enabling Smart Alerts and changing your Motion Frequency to Frequently. This Help Center page will show you where to find these options.
