Doorbell 2 motion sensor alert tone
I am unable to change the Doorbell 2 motion alert tone on my iPad. Latest version of app and iPad iOS. In settings, motion settings, alert tones…I can change the tone for the doorbell…but it will not allow me to change the tone for “motion.” If I try to click or touch the “motion” section…nothing happens. In settings for my 3 stick up cams…I am able to change the motion tone…but not for the Doorbell 2. Any ideas what is going on???Note…I am able to change the motion setting on my iPhone. Same setup routine.

@Yettygutschow Thanks for clarifying that. Have you ensured that the Ring App is fully updated on your iPad? Additionally, it can also help to make sure that the OS on your iPad doesn't need to be updated or anything, as that could impact the functionality of the apps installed. If this concern continues to persist, would you be able to share a screenshot or screen recording of some sort to maybe demonstrate what happens when you attempt to change the motion alert tone setting? When attaching this video, you will need first gather the share link of the video. You can do this by uploading the video or screen recording elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply. :)

That’s correct. It works on the iPhone…but not on the iPad.
