Doorbell 2 install problems

Hello I have tried to install my doorbell 2 however it appears to be stuck installing an update. The unit flashes full white for a while then blue and back to white. I have tried resetting using the orange button pressed for 15 seconds however the unit does not appear to reset as the flashing continues however long I keep the rest button pressed. The unit does appear to have connected to my WiFi as I can access a health report via both the app and web login.
