Was told you can see who’s at front door without opening app how do you set this up

Hi @user74569. In order to see a Live View from your Doorbell on your phone, you will need to open the Ring app. You might be referring to Ring Live View Widgets which opens a Live View for your Ring device from the Ring app with just one tap.
