Hi, we have a ring doorbell and chime. They all work fine, but... We all have a delay issue why the doorbell is pressed. Maybe as long as 30 second in some cases. Please help

Hi @Dave1harrison1. Is the delay in receiving a notification on your phone? Or is it in hearing an audible alert from the Chime? Most of the time, delay issues with notifications are related to the wifi signal on the Doorbell. Check the [RSSI](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Your-Ring-Device-s-Wifi-Signal-Strength) on the Device Health page to get a measure of the signal strength.
