Dead video doorbell pro

A couple of months right out of warranty our ring pro dies. Was hoping to get a solution to repair. Instead, only a small discount to buy a replacement… A lifespan of 2 years for a product over €200 is way too short. Getting in touch only via phone is not very customer friendly. Then calling and hardly getting any service is even worse….. I don’t want to spend another €250 on a product that is likely to die after 2 years and not getting any service. I just want it fixed for a reasonable price..
