Critically low battery on wired doorbell
I have had this connected for months and for the past 4 weeks it will not stay charged. I am missing video of when certain things happen . The reason I got this is to monitor The front of my house and see who comes to my door. If something was delivered, I should have it on my camera and I don’t.

Hi @D77. While you can wire the Doorbell 2 to an existing doorbell circuit to provide a trickle charge to the battery, you may still need to manually charge the battery if it gets low. Approximately how many motions, dings, and Live Views does your Doorbell experience each day? You can check this by looking at the Event History log.
