Cracked housing Doorbell 2

I have a Video Doorbell 2 and the housing above the camera is cracked and extremely brittle to the point where I barely touched it and a piece broke. Here’s a photo of the housing:  Are these doorbells being replaced under any kind of warranty? I have Ring Protect but unsure how the extended warranty will apply here. It was installed in 2019, I believe. I can’t imagine a product meant to be installed outdoors would suffer this much damage so quickly.
