Compensation

Ring!!! How do I get compensation from yourselves? I'm using a product that isn't fit the the purpose I purchased it. The ring never picks up at night so provides no form of night time security. We've now had things stolen from the front of our house at night. Went to review the footage and what do you know nothing is there between midnight and 7am. The relevant department should contact me regarding the compensation to replace these items that were stolen.
