Chime pro not connecting to wifi

Chime pro not connecting to wifi. It keeps saying the wifi password is incorrect even though I have put correct password. I have unplug the router and replugged but still not working. Please help

    Hi @user33304. If your Chime Pro is not connecting to your WiFi, you can try these additional steps: - Reboot the Chime Pro by pressing and holding the setup button on the right side of it for 20–25 seconds. - Reboot your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. - Try doing your set using a different phone or tablet.
