How do I change ownership from someone? I’ve separated from my partner and no longer want them to have access to my surroundings. Can I just reset the device or will I have to buy another ring

if your partner is only added as a shared user. you can remove him. if he is logged in as you on his cellphone, you need to create a new password. if the account is under your ex partner email and you do have the password, you can perform a email change using the ring app.
