Change of Wi-Fi not showing

I need help changing my wifi. I've read suggestions but I don't have the option to change it as others are saying. I went into **Device Health** and under Network I see the signal strength and the Network name. There is no other option to Reconnect to Wifi or Change Wifi Network. I would appreciate any help. Thanks
