Can't change alert tones on Iphone
Regardless of which sound I select under the alert tones settings the only sound we get is the default ring tone. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hey @Melwill68! Please make sure you are changing these tones by doing the following: 1. Visit your Doorbell in the Ring app 2. Select Device Settings 3. Select Alert Settings 4. Select App Alert Tones 5. Select the sound you'd like to play which should save automatically upon going back a page. If this process does not result in the tone playing as desired, try uninstalling the app from your mobile device, rebooting the phone, and reinstalling the app. I hope this helps! :)
