Camera is offline. Wi-Fi will not stay connected

I'm trying to setup my Ring Gen 1 and I cannot get the wi-fi to stay connected. If I press the orange button and reconnect everything it will work for 1 notification only. Meaning I'll get 1 notification that I have motion at the front door, I'll check it and then the Ring will be offline again immediately.I don't think it's the wi-fi as the signal strength is strong. It works fine if somebody presses the doorbell button, but that isn't much help of course.Any advice?
