  Hi @user30246. Could you please share a screenshot showing what this blurred video looks like? If it has recently rained or stormed, I'd also recommend wiping down the Doorbell lens with a dry microfiber cloth to ensure there is no condensation causing the video to appear blurred.

  Hiya, ive just solved this problem with my ring doorbell. We've had horrific rain over a few day's, blasting the bell, which resulted in rain getting into it and blurry vision. I brought it in and used tissue to wipe off the excess. I then wrapped the Ring door bell in a pillow case and left it on the radiator for a few hours. This cleared all excess water and condensation from the unit and my lens is ince again crystal clear 😁. From now on i will repeat this if i have a problem. Easy peasy!! 😊.
