Hi @maryhw51. It looks like it could be dirt or something on your Doorbell's camera. I recommend using a soft cloth to wipe it down. If the spot does not go away after cleaning the camera, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372) a call for further assistance.
