Beim Betätigen der Türklingel bleibt Handy-Display schwarz

Hallo, bei meiner Video Doorbell Wired soll beim drücken des Klingelknopfes das Handy klingelnund auf dem Display die Person zeigen. Es klingelt zwar, aber im Display wird nichts angezeigt und eine Kommunikation ist nicht möglich.Neuinstallation der Ring-Software brachte keine Besserung.
