Battery vs Wired

I currently have a Ring Video Doorbell 3 with a battery and have a house in MN where it is currently -20 degrees F. The device is only 3 years old and we added hardwiring but it routinely runs out of battery in the cold weather. For example, even though we charged it fully before we left for the winter in late December, the battery level is now at 3% in mid February. We were thinking of getting a new battery but should we instead invest in a Wired Doorbell Pro or Wired Doorbell Plus? I just want to make sure that either those two do not have a battery and instead run on electricity? I understand that any Ring doorbell might not work in extremely cold weather. Thanks for any insights.

Hi @user_f5fd82. Wired Doorbells also have a limit on their operating conditions, which are temperatures of -4°F to 120°F (-20°C to 48.5°C). If you have the device in a condition that is out of its limits, it may not operate correctly.
