I have a battery video doorbell, and it’s been working fine for a few months so far. However, in replacing the battery (I have two batteries that I interchange), this time the battery level in the power settings, isn’t showing. I can’t find a setting to change it back to showing the battery %, or even why it has changed. Any help appreciated

Hi @user72891. I recommend rebooting your Doorbell using the Ring app to see if it helps. You can also factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnecting it to your wifi. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
