Hi @angela_1974. Which model of Doorbell do you have? You can find the name of the Doorbell on the Device Health page in the Ring App, which is also where you're seeing the status of the battery. Have you tried triggering a test event such as a motion event or ringing the Doorbell? After charging the battery, the battery level may not update immediately until after a new event has been registered on the Doorbell.
