Battery full but ring not working

Ring video doorbell has a full battery but not working. After pressing the reset button on the door bell there are no lights and nothing happens. Has it completely broken?

Hi @Jules831b. If your Doorbell is unresponsive, you want to make sure you perform a factory reset correctly. Make sure you are pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds.
