Backlighting Ring version 4t

I have the newest version of the Ring Doorbell/camera. Seems to work fine, BUT the camera seems to have a backlighting problem. Video is good, but when people walk up to camera/doorbell they are DARK. Definitely a backlight issue. Is there was a way to adjust this, that I have not found?
