Are there any tips for installing the ring doorbell on dutch vinyl siding?b

I just bought a ring doorbell 3 and am looking to install it on my house. I have dutch vinyl siding which is not flat. I found solutions on Etsy that are supposed to work but are there options directly through ring? Has anyone used the non screwing faceplate? I feel like someone could pry the camera off the house with the non screw in option but maybe not. Thank you in advance for your replies.
