Approved Heath Zenith Base 35 mechanical doorbell chime no longer works with Ring 2
My Hardwired, fully charged Ring 2 video/doorbell no longer works with my approved Heath Zenith Base 35 mechanical house doorbell chime. Replaced front doorbell with original small single use doorbell button which works perfectly, both wires connected to doorbell are fine and completely intact, have changed properly described transformers 4 times eventhough there was no need. Ring 2 works perfectly except the working Heath Zenith Base 35 mechanical doorbell chime will no longer work when using my Ring 2. Have now had to revert back to original single use doorbell button by reconnecting the two wires to the old doorbell button which works perfectly. Any ideas how to overcome? Does the lifetime warranty cover such things? Any solutions would be welcome. Thank you

Hi @DJS133. Making sure the chime was working still was a great troubleshooting step to take. I would also suggest factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
