Android phone notifications
Hi, does anyone use a ring doorbell app on their android phone, I am not getting all notifications on my phone, sometimes all day, I have spoke to ring and each time thought it was solved but it can be a whole day and I don’t get any notifications

The phone app is crap. So is the browser site. The phone app delivers NO (audible) Notifications, nor the reminders I've set.**Resume support of the desktop app!**> *Most of us*: If it ain't broke, don't fix it (or delete it).> *Ring.com and governments*: If it ain't broke, fix it til it is.

Hi @Tina1964. There is a great Help Center article that has information that is specific to notifications on Android devices. You can find those troubleshooting steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211676423-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-Android-Devices). Be sure that you are not using a VPN and that your location services are turned ON. I hope this helps!
