Activating Device
My live view is only showing “Activating Device” then says it is unable to connect. I have a ring doorbell and iPhone 10.

We are already in the situation of troubleshooters. How do you explain that it worked and after apk updates, it doesn't work anymore?!? I installed Android Rapid Ring and it works. It works on one phone, it doesn't. I emailed you and you didn't have the common sense to respond. Lack of respect for customers. We pay for a service that is disrespectful to us

Mine is doing the same thing. It was working fine till May 21st and now the camera won’t activate. Wifi is strong and fast. I still get notifications but no video.
