I have a user with a ring doorbell at home. On his work network he can't see video on his phone app.What settings do I need to make on the work firewall to allow him to view the video?

Hi @davidtolo. There might be some firewall settings in place that prevent video streaming, though it would depend on the network. You can also check that the [ports and protocols used by Ring devices](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=ports+and+protocols) are open on the work network, otherwise the Live View would likely not work.
