A black square has appeared blocking the lens

Hopefully someone can help Since yesterday my ring 2 doorbell is showing a large black square. It is as if something is blocking a large part of the camera lens. I have checked and there is nothing blocking the lens. A screen shop is on the attached word document Thank you

    Hey @deltamike. It looks like you may have accidentally added on a privacy zone! If you go into the Main Menu \> Devices \> Doorbell \> Device Settings \> Privacy Settings \> Privacy Zones \> you can remove the Privacy Zone created from there! Hope this helps. :)

      Thank you! I had the same problem. I didn't realize you could have multiple zones. Lesson learned about that too. I noticed that when I set the privacy zone that it didn't seem to actually be what I entered. It does take a bit of fiddling and experimentation to get it right. Again, a huge thank you!
