3rd-4th time charging but device now won’t charge past 22%

So I have the doorbell 2 with built in battery this is the 3rd to 4th time needing to charge device. But now it won’t fully charge. When plugged in it indicates it’s charging but shortly after light goes off it will show on app the device it “charging” with a little red battery but never reaches past 22% it was on the charger over night and on most of the day. I have done all troubleshooting I could read up on with no results.
