My Ring isn’t charging? I purchased it from Amazon at the end of Aug 2023 and have successfully charged it twice. But the blue light is not visible now when plugged into the USB charger and despite being left overnight, the device is not charging.

Hi @user72773. I would recommend trying to use a different USB charging cable and outlet to see if it helps. You can also try factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
