2nd Gen doorbell issue

My doorbell will only work if the charger is plugged in. Everything seems to work fine on the app - the battery staus shows "very good" and 100%. As soon as it's unplugged - nothing (doesn't show up on the dashboard, doesn't ring). I've tried a factory reset, and that hasn't solved the issue. Any ideas on how to resolve the issue?

Hi @user_c072bb. Can you share a screenshot of what the Device Health page shows when you unplug the charger? The Doorbell should still be listed in the Ring app even if the battery is dead. It sounds like something inside may be damaged if the battery is showing as 0% when the charger is unplugged.
