2 cameras update every 25 seconds, 3rd doesn't

I installed a doorbell ring camera yesterday, replacing one which died. Live view works, video alarm works, but the view on the main Ring app does not update. I have two other Ring cameras, and they update about every 25 seconds. How do I get this new "Ring Video Doorbell – 2020 release" (wired) to update the view at the same rate?
